Advisement - Prerequisite Waiver Request Form

If you are a transient student or a post-bacc student your pre-requisite information is not in our system. Please submit the pre-requisite waiver form below.

**Please Note:

If the class is full, you may also want to submit a Waitlist Form.
Post-baccs and transient students who do not have the appropriate GSU pre-requisites will not be allowed to register until 1/4/08.
