Whom Do I Ask?

There are two types of cards to fill out in the main office:
- White Cards—door keys
- Blue Cards—Panther Card activations
When filling out these cards, please do the following

Make sure they are filled out completely and correctly
The P.I. must initial in the upper right hand corner of the card.
If you are requesting door keys for multiple rooms, you must fill out separate cards.

Swipe Cards for the Autoclave and Graduate Computer Lab are available via Barry Grant.
Key Charges:
- Door Keys (Students only) $5.00
- Autoclave/Graduate Computer Lab: $5.00
- Fees are refunded when keys or cards are returned.
- Keys are returned back to Key Control, and cards go back to Barry Grant.
