Whom Do I Ask?

Email me with the name and SSN/EIN of the student you wish to hire for the semester.

Standard pay for student(s) to receive tuition waiver is $900. You can pay more. See pay ranges:

Provide grant number.
If you wish to increase or decrease payment, please email with the details.
If you wish to terminate a student’s employment, please email me with the termination date.

If you wish to receive salary information for a student in your lab, please email me. All requests will be answered within a 48 hours time period.
If you wish to change grant numbers, please email me with the effective date.
If you wish to terminate a student’s employment, please email me with the termination date.

You must email Dr. Tai with a request to hire graders. Once approved, student(s) will receive instruction from me regarding payment. Maximum amount approved is $450 unless Dr. Tai approves for higher rate.
Grader is to keep a log sheet with dates and hours spent grading or performing additional duties.
Payment is processed at the end of the semester. Grader must submit log sheet with his/her signature as well as instructor’s. No payment will be made if instructor’s signature is not included.

If you wish to review a current student’s file or applicant’s file, please email or call me and I will placed the file in your box. Files should be returned within 24 to 48 hours.
