Whom Do I Ask?

Foundation Reimbursement

  • You will need to submit your original receipts.
  • You will need a list of attendees.
  • You will need a W-9 attached, if you haven’t already submitted one currently on file.
  • Reimbursements usually take 2-3 weeks for processing if a credit card payment is a concern. Note: Contributions to the Foundation Accounts may affect you reimbursement amounts.
