Access Codes: Copier & Fax

• Copy Machine—Faculty, Staff, and Lab Staff have access to front copier
• Faculty and Staff have access to back copier
• Fax Machine—Faculty & Staff access only

Copy & Fax Requests

• Please fill out a copy request form located next to the fax machine in the main office.
• Be sure to indicate the day and time the copy job should be completed.
